Cancellation Policy – Best Tours Morocco

Applicable from 18 September 2024

• Date Changes: Tours may be postponed or dates altered at no cost if requested more than 30 days before departure.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at least 30 days before travel, or immediately if the departure date is within 30 days.
• Cancellation Fees:
  • More than 30 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost is retained to cover deposits and administrative fees.
  • Between 15 and 30 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost is retained.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost is retained.
• Future Credit: Cancellation fees can be applied as credit towards any future booking with Best Tours Morocco within 24 months. Price differences are not refundable.

Cancellation Fees:

• Up to 40 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of deposit.
• Between 39 and 15 days before tour starts: Forfeit 50% of the total tour cost.
• Less than 15 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of the total tour cost.

Free Date Changes: Up to 5 free date changes allowed, provided changes are made at least 40 days before departure.

Future Credit: Existing payments may be transferred to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees, provided notification is given at least 40 days before departure.
